Return Policy

• Items must be returned to Better Beer, at the expense of the purchaser, within 21 days of the order date

• Items must be returned in an unused condition: unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached

• Returned items showing signs of use, will be returned to the sender and will not be eligible for a refund

• Eligible items will be refunded for the returned garment(s) within 21 business days, excluding the cost of shipping

• NO Refunds and/or Exchanges will be made for "Change of Mind"

• Postage for the replacement item is at the cost of the shopper

• Most orders are shipped between 1–5 business days after processing.

• In the event of an out-of-stock item(s), items in a single order might not all arrive on the same day if they are shipped separately – we'll send you a shipping email detailing what's in each package after it's been sent out.

• During peak periods, such as online sales, packing and handling times may be longer than usual. Thanks in advance for being a patient legend – we'll get your stock sent to you ASAP.

• Domestic shipping is via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched are:

How to measure

• Measure around the fullest part of your chest with your arms down.

• Measure around the narrowest point of your natural waistline.

• Measure around the widest part of your natural hipline.

HOW TO MEASURE

• WAIST: To measure your waist circumference, wrap the tape measure horizontally around the narrowest point of your waist. This is typically where you’d place your “hands on hips.”
• SEAT: To measure your seat circumference, wrap the tape measure horizontally around the widest point of your seat, this is usually at the fullest part of your bum. 
• INLEG: To check if an inleg measurement is right for you, measure along your inside leg, starting at the crotch and head down toward your ankle bone. 
• HEM OPENING: Grab your favourite pair of jeans and lay the bottom cuff flat. Run a tape measure along the cuff, take that measurement and double it.

• Cold, gentle machine wash with similar colours
• Turn garments inside out before washing
• Use mild detergent only
• Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals
• Do not tumble dry
• Line dry in shade to preserve colour and shape
• Do not dry clean

Printing & Design Care

• Do not iron directly on prints, logos, or embellishments
• If ironing is needed, turn inside out and use a low heat setting
• Avoid excessive rubbing or wringing to protect prints

Storage Tips

• Store in a cool, dry place
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure
• Fold heavy garments (like hoodies) to maintain shape
