Return Policy

• Items must be returned to Better Beer, at the expense of the purchaser, within 21 days of the order date

• Items must be returned in an unused condition: unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached

• Returned items showing signs of use, will be returned to the sender and will not be eligible for a refund

• Eligible items will be refunded for the returned garment(s) within 21 business days, excluding the cost of shipping

• NO Refunds and/or Exchanges will be made for "Change of Mind"

• Postage for the replacement item is at the cost of the shopper

• Most orders are shipped between 1–5 business days after processing.

• In the event of an out-of-stock item(s), items in a single order might not all arrive on the same day if they are shipped separately – we'll send you a shipping email detailing what's in each package after it's been sent out.

• During peak periods, such as online sales, packing and handling times may be longer than usual. Thanks in advance for being a patient legend – we'll get your stock sent to you ASAP.

• Domestic shipping is via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched are:

Standard Delivery Times – Once Shipped

• VIC / SA / QLD: 2–5 business days
• NSW / TAS: 3–7 business days
• WA / NT: 8–10 business days
