Conditions of Entry - Game of Skill
1. These Conditions of Entry incorporate and must be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. The Schedule prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with these Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, except where stated otherwise.
Who can enter
3. Entry to the Promotion is open to residents of the Relevant State(s) who meet the Entry Restrictions.
4. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. 'Immediate families' means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling, whether or not they live in the same household.
How to enter
5. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period. To enter, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotion Period.
6. Entries may only be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted in any other form. Computer-generated or other automated entries submitted by entrants will not be accepted. Once submitted, entries may not be altered or deleted.
7. Entrants may enter the Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Entries.
8. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Electronic entries are deemed received at the time recorded by Instagram and/or the Promoter's associated promotion platform, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
Content of entries
9. Entrants must take full responsibility for the content of their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with these Conditions of Entry.
10. Incomplete and ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries will also be deemed invalid if they breach these Conditions of Entry, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion, or any other content guidelines notified by the Promoter during the entry process.
11. An entrant's entry must not include content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any person, or is obscene, offensive, potentially defamatory, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate.

Subject to verification and compliance with these Conditions of Entry, the first 100 valid entrants to complete the Entry Procedure will be selected as winners.
17. Winner selection may be processed automatically through the Promoter's Instagram direct-message automation and/or associated promotion platform. The Promoter may verify any selected entry before or after issuing a prize redemption link.
18. If a selected entry is deemed not to comply with these Conditions of Entry, that entry will be discarded and the Promoter may select the next highest-ranking valid entry, provided prizes remain available and the Promotion Period has not ended.
19. Winners will be notified as specified in the Schedule. The Promoter may also publish a winner's name and State/Territory where required by law. By entering, each entrant requests that their full address not be published.
Prizes
20. The prizes are specified in the Prize Details and are subject to any restrictions specified in the Schedule. The total prize pool is specified in the Schedule.
Claiming prizes
21. Prizes must be claimed and redeemed by the Prize Claim Date in accordance with the claim and redemption instructions in the Schedule and in the winner's direct-message flow.
22. If a prize is not claimed or redeemed by the Prize Claim Date, it will be forfeited. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion and where practicable, offer an unclaimed prize to the next highest-ranking valid entrant before the Promotion closes, but is not required to do so after the Prize Claim Date.

23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for problems or technical malfunction of any communication network, Instagram, direct-message automation, mobile wallet, participating retailer system or associated promotion platform, or for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries, messages, claims or correspondence.
24. Winners may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. These Conditions of Entry do not exclude, restrict or modify those statutory rights.

26. Entrants must comply with the Verification Requirements. Failure to provide requested verification to the Promoter's satisfaction may result in an entry being declared invalid.
27. All entries will be the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
28. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other compensation. Prize values are accurate at the time these Conditions are prepared. If a prize or eligible product is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or higher value where permitted by law and subject to any required approvals.
29. If requested by the Promoter, entrants and winners must sign any reasonable indemnity or exclusion of liability form before accepting a prize. If they do not do so within the time specified, the relevant entry or claim may be deemed invalid.
30. If requested, entrants and winners must participate in reasonable promotional activity surrounding the Promotion or their winning of a prize, free of charge, and consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
31. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, failure of Instagram, the direct-message automation, the mobile-wallet offer, BWS redemption systems or any cause beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate affected entries, subject to applicable law and any required approvals.
32. The Promoter's decisions in connection with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into, subject to applicable law.
33. Entrants and winners are responsible for using and redeeming the prize safely and lawfully. Alcohol must not be supplied to persons under 18 years of age.
