Return Policy

• Items must be returned to Better Beer, at the expense of the purchaser, within 21 days of the order date

• Items must be returned in an unused condition: unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached

• Returned items showing signs of use, will be returned to the sender and will not be eligible for a refund

• Eligible items will be refunded for the returned garment(s) within 21 business days, excluding the cost of shipping

• NO Refunds and Exchange will be made for "Change of Mind"

• Postage for the replacement item is at the cost of the shopper

Please fill up this form to notify us of your return request (reason for returning, order number and photos, if necessary) to receive the return address.

Shipping & Delivery

• Most orders are shipped between one - five business days after they are received, on the following business day.

• In the event of an out of stock item(s), items in a single order might not all arrive on the same day if they are shipped separately - we'll send you a shipping email detailing what's in each package after it's been sent out.

• During peak periods, such as online sales, packing and handling times may be longer than usual. Thanks in advance for being a patient legend - we'll get your stock sent to you ASAP.

• For domestic orders, we ship using Australia Post. Please check the Standard Delivery Times below:
