Refunds & Returns
Return Policy
• Items must be returned to Better Beer, at the expense of the purchaser, within 21 days of the order date
• Items must be returned in an unused condition: all original tags should still attached
• Returned items showing signs of use, or damaged will be returned to the sender and will not be eligible for a refund
• Eligible items will be refunded for the returned item(s) within 21 business days, excluding the cost of shipping
• No Refunds and/or Exchanges will be made for "Change of Mind"
• Postage for the replacement/exchange item is at the cost of the shopper
